"I've had hair extensions for over four years now. My hair is naturally thin and fine and would break off at shoulder length. I wanted the long, beautiful hair back that I was so easily able to grow when I was younger. After researching hair extension options, I contacted Rhonda. She was very professional and informative over the phone and we set an appointment to proceed with my extensions.
When I met Rhonda, she spent a good 30 minutes with me looking at my hair closely and explaining to me exactly how the technique worked. She really took her time with me and was very patient with all of my questions. The extensions turned out beautifully! They are very easy to care for and require nothing over and above what I would do with my natural hair. Best yet, they are completely undetectable! Nobody would ever think I had extensions unless I told them.
I got very lucky in that I found Rhonda from the beginning. I had heard horror stories about extensions and that is why I took so much time to make sure I could find the best system and a very experienced person to do my extensions.
Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that all extension methods and all extension hair is not the same! While spending an extended period of time out of state, I went to a local salon that said they used the Euro Locs system and I was told that the hair was from Europe just as it is with Studio 36. Within 2 days my hair was completely matted and looked horrible. The salon manager was completely unprofessional and uncaring about the devasting condition of my hair. They obviously lied about the system they used and where they got their hair from. I tried for a week to resolove the situation with the salon to no avail. I flew back to Arizona and Rhonda removed the hair and needless to say, I had them redone by Rhonda. I later learned the salon was closed three weeks later; what a surprise!
