"I have been wearing hair extensions for the last 5 years, and had worn Great Lengths exclusively. Although I was happy with them (because I was told they were the best), I found the process itself to be painful and stressful. That’s because the bonds are glued to your hair….despite what I had been told for years. This explains why taking out the hair was so horribly time consuming and painful. Adding insult to injury, one hairdresser insisted that I wait a day to add the new hair back in. Needless to say…walking out of her salon after having my hair assaulted, stressed out for hours on end, and oily….was no beauty statement. I also noticed that as the years went by….the quality of the hair seemed to degrade.
My experience with my previous hair extension stylists has not been positive either. Hair extensions are a time commitment. When you have a hair extension appointment, you plan most of your day for that activity. Things come up for all of us and we need to be flexible, but I routinely had stylists calling me up at the last minute to re-schedule, or worse yet, not having my hair ready once I arrived even thought I had paid for it in advance. I also had bad experiences in terms of general professionalism in returning calls.
One day I said to myself, “I can’t take this anymore and I have to make a change and find someone else.” My confidence level was low however. I called around and decided to meet with Rhonda based on her quick call back and her professionalism and knowledge over the phone. I visited her studio and found it to be very “professional”….no leaning over sinks here…..yes….I had been subject to that more than I’d like to admit. Rhonda is very educated, and it shows in her work, and her attitude toward her work. Best of all….the hair is actually better quality, and the process is much better! I was skeptical at first, but the Euro Loc system works much better just as Rhonda told me it would. No hot glue iron involved. The bonds are also less noticeable when growing out, and are more comfortable. Because glue is not involved, the removal is quick and pain free. Lastly, the price I pay is the same! And, the icing on the cake, Rhonda is now my colorist as well. One stop shopping.
Oh how I wish I had found her years ago. My hair anxiety days are now behind me thanks to Rhonda and the Euro Loc system. I highly recommend Rhonda and her system....especially to those hair extension customers who are not being treated professionally by their current stylist.
