Tammy's Testomimonial:

"I would like to take the time to share my personal trials and tribulations in searching for hair extensions that looked and felt great, and were easy to maintain.

My search began after spending several years being self conscious of my fine, thin, lifeless hair. I tried everything to give my hair volume; perms, teasing, rolling, round brushes, countless hours of styling only to be extremely disappointed with the stress and damage it caused my hair.

I had always lived with shoulder length hair because once it started growing any longer absolutely nothing, not even the wonder volume products could give my hair the body I was longing for. I had heard of hair extensions but always thought that I could never afford them. I started doing my own research online, through various articles, and several high end salons throughout the valley. The online research leads me to several stylists that did extensions part time that did not seem to have the abundance of knowledge and experience I was looking for. One individual told me that I was limited to certain hair colors because they were limited to the colors of extensions they could get.

Several magazines I had read and researched claimed to sell hair extension clip products that had the feel of real hair, or products that you can weave into your hair. I have tried hair clips, which in my experience never seem to look or feel real, and were extremely inconvenient to have to keep clipping into my hair. The weaving products I researched seem too time consuming to put in for the limited lifespan in which the product actually looked good and stayed manageable.

I had also inquired about hair extensions through the salon where I was a regular. This caliber of salon was renowned for their quality and expertise, and had been featured several times on the local news stations. I was shocked when I was told their prices and that the quantity of hair I was looking for would cost in the $3000 range. What was even more astonishing was the fact that they claimed their product was a protein bond similar to the natural protein found in your real hair. I was told that their extensions had several restrictions; I could not leave the house without having each extension at location of the bond completely dry. I had various other styling restrictions, and was told that it is not a good idea to go swimming with them in. I found out that this so called “protein bond” was actually glue. The more people I spoke with regarding “protein bond” extension the more horror stories I heard about how damaged their hair was left.

I had pretty much given up hope of ever getting extensions when I first contacted Rhonda. I was immediately impressed with her extensive knowledge in the industry and that she had 20+ years of hands on experience. She was very honest and forth coming with all the different extension products out there and what you could expect from the different lines of extensions.

When we discussed her extension product it was like nothing I had ever heard of, or researched. Still a little reluctant, she offered to have me come in and watch her add extensions on one of her clients. Once in person watching her add the extensions I realized how unique her product really was. She took the time to let me feel various hair samples, answer all my questions, and show me the revolutionary tool that she uses to add the hair.

I could not believe how reasonable her prices were for having such a superior product. I scheduled my appointment a few days after I went to see her, that was almost two years ago, and I have been a client of hers ever since.

I love my hair now; how it feels, looks, and the ease of maintaining and styling it. I no longer spend hours having to round brush my hair with my blower dryer or apply 3-4 products at a time to get volume. I take a shower now and most days just let my hair dry naturally without any products, something I have never been able to do before without it looking lifeless.

I initially thought my hair would become damaged by putting any extensions in. I have been presently surprised; my hair when I first started with Rhonda was a few inches below my chin. I am so happy to say it is now the same length of my extensions and still feels great when the extensions are changed out.

My life has changed dramatically. I have so much more confidence and poise. It is amazing how much more attention I get, and how self assured I now feel.

I would be happy to speak with anyone considering Absolutely the Best Hair Extensions for a personal reference. Their expertise and cutting edge extensions technology have made me a loyal happy customer for life. Thank you for everything Rhonda!" --Tammy aka Lovely Long Locks

Update: I have now had my hair extensions in for over 6 years and my own hair is as long as my extensions, which are 20'' long. I never in my life dreamed my hair could be this long. Not only is it long but it is also not damaged. The extensions have allowed me to grow my own hair out by giving my hair a break from the wear and tear of styling it daily. I now only need a minimal amount of extension hair, just a little extra to thicken up the bottom.

I can now say that if you want to grow your own hair out because it is either shorter than you would like or it is damaged and need new better hair to come in. . . this is the best way to accomplish that. You can have all the hair you want and look beautiful instantly while giving your hair the break it needs to grow long and healthy; then you too can just put a little hair in to thicken up where you need it.

Thanks again Rhonda! You're definitely are THE BEST!!
